Row Row Row Your Boat Gently Down the Stream

Thursday’s 10am class was an all girls crew. The WOD was a 2000  meter row for time. Some of you may be saying that that looks like an easy day but let me tell you otherwise. This work out is all out, never stop, push it to the limit type of work out and when you are done you feel like you need to visit the Pukie bucket.


Form is very important when rowing and when you learn proper form you will get some saweeeeett times.
