Angie is a mean Mo Fo!!!

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week we had some great work outs at the gym. We did a lot of weight lifting which I love and some running and other stuff. Then I took a rest day on Thursday and came back today to ANGIE. DU DU DOMMMM! The work out is 100 pull ups, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, and 100 squats; for time. Well I finished it, but in 26+ minutes! I really thought this workout would be fun but it all went bad right in the beginning when I ripped my hands. I didn’t even have big calluses but apparently they were big enough to catch on the bar. I’ve been trying to keep my hands from ripping because they seem to do that a lot. After tonight I am going to look for some new gloves.

So after the 100 pull ups………

We do 100 push ups………..
100 sit ups then 100 air squats……..

There was no easy part in this work out. I am glad the work out is over and I have to admit I am a little sad that it was such a ass kicker. No one likes to have you know what handed to you on a platter. I am looking forward to doing it again though because I know I will only be better.
