Man’s Best Friend

22 Aug

Just got done watching this week’s episode of The Greatest American Dog. I know everyone has a top five list or maybe yours is a top ten list, well I have a list to and at the very top of mine is to get a dog. I have been very patient waiting for the right time to get one so that I am able to properly care for it and have a good home for it to live in and although I am not quite ready yet I think about it every day. One of the ways I help pass the time is to watch The Greatest American Dog. Other than Wipeout this is the funniest show ever. Then it also makes me cry.

Anyway so tonight FINALLY the one girl I can’t stand got voted out!! WOW this girl was a total basket case AND she had her dog’s head tattooed on her leg. Um Yeah. The show is actually pretty interesting, the owners have to get their dogs to complete a challenge. Most of the challenges are pretty cool (some are kinda dumb) but the ones tonight were great. First the dogs had to rescue their owners by digging in some bark to pull on a rope that would open the door to the holding place. Then the last challenge the dogs had to run through a maze to find their owner but bring three puppies with them. Some of these dogs are well trained but you will be surprised to see what dogs actually do well. The best part of this episode is two of the judges get in a huge fight during the show and everyone is just looking at each other wondering what the heck is going on. Its hilarious!!

That was funny when it looked like one contestant was covering her dog’s ears during the fight. I love dogs too and can’t wait to get one either! I hate apartment life!

I absolutely love that show! I’m so glad I’m not the only one that watches it. And I’m also glad that psycho girl got voted off this week. Maverick has been training to get ready for next years show! =)
