The Zone Diet - The Zone Diet is what I live by if I had to describe the diet it is more about portion control and equal portions of Protien, Carbohydrates, and Fat. I have ready a few of Barry Sears books and I highly reccomend all of them.
When I started on the Zone Diet Justin at my gym gave me a great article from Crossfit Journal that was a quick reference of what to eat, how much and when. You can find it here or download it directly now.
The Paleo Diet – “The Cave Man Diet”, The paleo diet is more about the actual foods you eat. Its basically anything that has a face, comes out of the ground or off a tree. The website will tell exactly what is and what isn’t Paleo, I also read Paleo for Athletes which was very helpful.

Elana’s Pantry – Elana is a gluten free cooking site. She has some great stuff on here. Not all of her stuff is Paleo but I usually eat about 90% paleo but I really try to stay gluten free. I love this site.
Eat Clean Live Strong - Crossfit Central is a great resource for lots of crossfit stuff and food is not exception. I read this site every day for new cooking and meal ideas.
Crossfit Santa Cruz – another crossfit site that has a lot of food ideas and meal plans.
Mark’s Daily Apple – I love Mark’s site and I am going to read his book someday (if I ever get time). This site has great information on health, fitness and food. He also has great recipes.
Paleo Diet Recipes – This site is so generic with no pictures or fancy stuff but there are some recipes on there that are great.
